About Josh

Josh Blair entered the mortgage business in July of 2001. His initial goal was to become a real estate investor using his knowledge gained from the mortgage financing side. In just two years Josh amassed over 20 properties and developed a cash flow from investment properties that supported, not only the debt service on his real estate, but allowed him to continue to reinvest in his business. With an acute understanding of the real estate business, Josh leveraged that knowledge in the mortgage origination business.

The key to Josh's success is the constant pursuit and delivery of creating value for his clients. Both Realtors and clients benefit in ways greater than just providing mortgage solutions. "I see my role as a creator of opportunities for those I work with", states Josh.

The foundation of Josh's approach is to couple education and opportunity together. Purchasing and refinancing a home are not frequent events. Regardless of ones income level, people generally do not understand the process and are left too often make decisions that may not meet their short and long term needs. Josh's business model is to help in the decision process by providing all those connected with the transaction, with an education that cannot be matched. Clients, Realtors, attorneys, financial planners, all feel better about the experience, which in turn breeds happiness. Happiness, while not often heard of in the mortgage business, is what Josh strives for.

Josh’s biggest passion and drive today is still the same, helping others achieve their personal goals and dreams.
